For the cat stretch pose, start on your hands and knees. Make your back flat, and ensure your neck is in line with your spine.
Breathe in deeply. Raise your chin slightly. Curl your tail up. Relax your back down into a gentle dip.
As you exhale, curl your tailbone under. Touch your chin to your chest and push your back upward into a hump.
Inhale. Relax your back down.
Exhale. Push your back upward. Keep your arms straight.
Inhale. Push your back upward.
Repeat several times. Flow smoothly from one position to another as you breathe in and out.
Slowly come back to the starting position.
